31st National Veterans Wheelchair Games

This weeklong competition from Aug. 1-6, 2011 — the largest annual wheelchair sporting event in the world — celebrates the talents and tenacity of our nation’s brave heroes.
- More than 500 disabled Veterans compete each year.
- Participants can compete in a variety of events such as rugby, archery, table tennis and basketball.
- Athletes attend from nearly every state in the nation, Puerto Rico and Great Britain.
- The Games are free and open to the public.

The 31st National Veterans Wheelchair Games are presented by the Paralyzed Veterans of America and Department of Veterans Affairs and will be hosted by Keystone Paralyzed Veterans of America and VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
