VA Announces Grant in Pittsburgh to Help End Veteran Homelessness - Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric K. Shinseki announced the award of a $922,961 grant to Pittsburgh-based community agency Veterans Leadership Program (VLP) of Western Pennsylvania, Inc. The grant will help VLP serve approximately 380 participant households in southwestern Pennsylvania. VLP is one of 151 community agencies in 49 states and the District of Columbia to receive a grant.
